TRB Vending is looking for a reliable, responsible and self-motivated Part-Time Vending Machine Operator to service our growing network of vending machines throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding area.

This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work who enjoys working independently, driving between locations and providing dependable service.

Compensation & Schedule

- $17.00 per hour
- Additional $15 vehicle allowance per completed route
- Approximately 2–3 days per week
- Approximately 3–4 hours per day
- Paid biweekly by direct deposit
- Work schedules will be posted and managed through the When I Work app
- Employees are required to download and install the When I Work app on their smartphone to access schedules and work-related scheduling information
- Potential for additional hours and responsibilities as TRB Vending continues to grow

What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for completing assigned vending routes and ensuring our machines are properly stocked, clean and ready for our customers.

Responsibilities include

- Picking up prepared inventory kits from our warehouse
- Travelling to multiple vending locations throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding area
- Restocking snacks, beverages and other vending products
- Following inventory and stocking instructions for each location
- Rotating products and checking expiry dates
- Keeping vending machines clean, organized and presentable
- Checking machines for basic operational issues
- Reporting equipment problems, inventory shortages or customer concerns
- Completing assigned routes accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a professional and friendly presence at customer locations

Requirements

Applicants must have

- A full, valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's licence
- A reliable personal vehicle for completing vending routes




- A clear criminal record
- A smartphone with an active cellular/data connection
- Ability and willingness to install and use the When I Work app for work schedules
- Regular access to email
- Ability to receive payroll through direct deposit
- Availability 2–3 days per week for approximately 3–4 hours per day
- Ability to pick up inventory kits from our warehouse before completing assigned routes
- Ability to travel throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift and carry cases of beverages and vending products
- Strong reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional and friendly communication skills

Previous experience in vending, delivery, merchandising, warehouse work or route service is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided.
