The Country Corners Team is growing, and we are looking for a qualified and experienced person to fill the role of PARTS and SERVICE ADVISOR in a Full-Time position.

Previous powersports experience is required, as well as good customer service, phone and computer skills. A passion for the industry and a desire to provide excellent service to keep customers riding is also a necessity. Knowledge and experience with Kawasaki, KTM, GasGas, Arctic Cat, Argo and other common industry brands is preferred. Training on job specifics will be provided.

Parts and Service Advisor Responsibilities Include:

- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Lookup parts and accessories to help keep customers riding with the correct parts and accessories needed
- Answer any phone/text/email/in person questions and concerns of customers daily in a friendly and respectful manner, collecting customer concerns and all previous vehicle information to assist in determining required service work needed
- Schedule service work in the service department (including organizing all parts and accessories required to complete service jobs) and sell additional needed service to customers
- Provide the customer with a complete written repair estimate, including both cost and time required for parts, accessories, and labour




- Required to check on the progress of repair jobs throughout the day, keeping customers updated regarding any changes in the estimate, explain any additional cost and time requirements in detail, and get proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
- Required to stay up to date on all OEM technical bulletins, always checking new, used or customer VIN’s for any open bulletins
- Organize all warranty information for OEM warranty work and submit according to the OEM requirements
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Keep a clean and organized workspace
- Work well in a good team setting with co-workers
