Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels by accurately entering data into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) platforms.
- Source and procure parts efficiently by leveraging supplier relationships, negotiation skills, and demand planning strategies.
- Assist customers and internal teams by providing expert advice on parts selection, availability, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts, optimizing supply chain processes and procurement workflows.




- Operate pallet jack to handle heavy or bulky parts within warehouse or manufacturing settings.
- Maintain meticulous records of all transactions, including purchase orders, inventory adjustments, and supply chain documentation.
- Support manufacturing by providing mechanical parts knowledge and ensuring the availability of essential components for ongoing projects.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with automotive or equipment parts sales is highly preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping in ERP systems.
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management enhances your candidacy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes.
