We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Parts Person / Service Writer to join our team.

This position is responsible for assisting customers, identifying and sourcing parts, writing up service work, and helping keep our shop running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced shop workplace.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers with parts and service inquiries
- Identifying, ordering, and sourcing parts
- Writing up work orders and service requests
- Communicating with customers regarding repairs, parts, and timelines
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and invoices
- Answering phones and providing friendly, professional customer service




- Keeping the parts and service areas organized

Qualifications:

- Parts or automotive experience is an asset
- Previous service writing or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Comfortable using computers and parts/service software
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
