Job Summary

Our parts department is expanding and we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, assisting customers with their parts needs, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. Wages will be dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

- Locate all parts as requested by customers and/or technicians
- Prepare parts invoices and credit notes for all counter sales and issues parts for all work orders
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock
- Mirror match parts to ensure accuracy before repair
- Organize and manage parts invoicing for proper accounting and reconciliation
- Maintain clear communication with technicians and estimators on part status
- Identify, label and catalogue items received
- Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
- unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials
- Store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area




- Process sales and refund transactions with accuracy using cash, debit and credit cards

Requirements:

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced , sometimes challenging environment.
- Robust organizational skills to manage inventory effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory counts.
- Proficient use of computer programs and technology.
- Must be able to work on your feet up to 8 hours per day
- Recreational dealership experience would be amazing however we are willing to train.
