Experience in medical aesthetics is an asset, but definitely isn't essential. We're looking for people with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to learn and grow with us.

The Role

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you'll be one of the first people our clients meet and an important part of their experience at VLSC. You'll get to know our clients, help coordinate their visits, introduce them to our treatments and skincare, and make sure they feel welcomed and looked after from the moment they contact us.

Your day will include

- Welcoming and assisting clients in person, by phone and through digital communication
- Booking, confirming and rebooking appointments
- Learning about our aesthetic treatments, technologies and skincare products so you can confidently assist clients
- Building relationships with new and existing clients
- Following up with clients and helping them throughout their treatment journey
- Supporting our treatment providers and helping keep the clinic running smoothly
- Processing transactions and maintaining accurate client information
- Contributing to a positive, energetic and professional clinic environment

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, beauty, skincare or aesthetics is an asset. Experience with scheduling or clinic software is also helpful, but we can train the right person. Why Join VLSC?
