Key Responsibilities: • Guide legal advice for pension plans and administration • Advance regulatory compliance and policy development • Produce comprehensive research materials for governance • Develop staff capabilities across Pension Services • Coordinate with various HOOPP departments on projects

Requirements: • Law degree and bar membership in Ontario required • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience • At least 5 years in defined benefit pension expertise • Strong analytical and communication skills • Passion for mentoring staff in the pension sector
