Belbin Shine is a local, owner-operated home services company. We clean windows and gutters, pressure wash, de-moss roofs, and install permanent LED roofline lighting. We've served over 2,000 homes across Vancouver Island, and we're growing — we need another reliable installer on the crew.

This isn't a job where you sit still. You'll be outside, on ladders, working with your hands, and finishing every day with a house that looks visibly better than when you showed up.

What you'll be doing

- Installing permanent LED roofline lighting — running track, mounting lights, wiring, and testing
- Setting up and safely working from ladders and around rooflines
- Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment and the work truck
- Talking with homeowners: explaining what you're doing, answering questions, leaving the site spotless

What we're looking for

- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders (mostly outdoors, year-round)
- Reliable and on time — customers book us for a window, and we show up in it




- Valid BC driver's license with a clean abstract
- Physically able to lift 60lbs and be on your feet all day
- Good attitude around customers — you're the face of the company at every job
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to have (we'll train the right person)

- Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, roofing, siding, gutters, or landscaping
- Low-voltage wiring or electrical experience
- Ladder or fall-protection training

What we offer

- $2.50-$4.00/ft installed, depending on experience, with raises as your skills grow
- Year-round work — we're busy in every season
- Paid training on permanent LED lighting installation, a skill very few people on the Island have
