Responsibilities

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort
- Support patients with medication administration following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a hygienic environment to ensure safety and comfort
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients experiencing dementia,



disabilities, or hospice care needs
- Assist with mobility transfers using proper lifting techniques to ensure safety for both clients and caregivers
- Document care activities accurately in client records, noting any changes in health status or behavior for ongoing assessment

Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care environments is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in patient care, caregiving, or supporting individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions such as dementia or hospice needs
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting clients with mobility or transfers
- Familiarity with cleaning routines and maintaining a hygienic environment in compliance with health standards
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to providing high-quality personal support services

Pay: $17.60-$24.49 per hour
