Responsibilities
- Personal care and ADL support
- Companionship and social engagement
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Dementia and respite support
- Transportation/accompaniment when required
- Hospital-to-home transition support
- Following individualized care plans and maintaining client dignity and privacy
Requirements
- PSW certificate or recognized equivalent
- CPR/First Aid
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Reliable and dependable
- Previous senior-care experience is an asset
