Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in various settings, The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the well-being, safety, and comfort of clients, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring hospice or dementia care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through personalized caregiving and support.

Duties

- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring under supervision
- Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive living experience
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting to ensure safety during transfers or repositioning
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors or healthcare professionals




- Support clients with activities of daily living tailored to individual needs, including dementia or hospice care
- Experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care environments preferred
- Strong caregiving skills with knowledge of patient care, medication administration, and senior or disability support
- Ability to assist with mobility needs
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic setting
- Familiarity with dementia care, hospice care, or working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and care plans
