We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking Pharmacy Manager (Designated Manager) to take ownership of our dispensary, shape clinical programs, and guide our pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the Designated Manager under Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) regulations, ensuring full compliance with provincial and federal standards, ethics, and record-keeping requirements.
- Oversee dispensary operations, workflow efficiency, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
- Spearhead and expand clinical services, including minor ailment assessments, injections, and comprehensive medication reviews.




- Mentor and lead dispensary staff (technicians, assistants, students), fostering a collaborative, patient-focused team culture.
- Collaborate directly with local physicians, family health teams, and community healthcare providers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
