Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including prescription dispensing, identifying and maximizing clinical care opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
- Manage pharmacy inventory to ensure appropriate stock levels, product availability, and efficient inventory practices.
- Ensure all pharmacy activities comply with applicable provincial and federal legislation, regulations, policies, and professional standards.
- Stay current with emerging medications, treatment developments, industry trends, and new opportunities to enhance patient care.
- Provide private, personalized consultations and foster a welcoming,



patient-centred care environment.
- Deliver a range of clinical services, including medication management, health assessments, screening, and patient education.
- Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers while supporting positive health outcomes within the community.

Requirements

- Hold a current Canadian Pharmacist licence and be in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
- Hold a valid injection certification and be authorized to administer injections in British Columbia.
- Demonstrate proficiency with pharmacy management software, with experience using Kroll considered an asset.
- Have experience providing Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT), with completion of any required training and certification.
- Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to individual patient needs.
- Additional pharmacy-related training, certifications, or specialized clinical experience will be considered an asset.

Compensation Details: $65 - $75.00

Compensation will be based on a combination of factors, including education, qualifications, skills, experience, and other relevant considerations

Pay: $65.00-$75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
