- Ensure proper medication storage, labeling, and inventory management to maintain safety standards
- Administer medications when required, including injections or other forms of medical treatment
- Educate patients on health conditions and medication adherence strategies to promote wellness




- Maintain detailed records of prescriptions dispensed, patient interactions, and medication histories

Experience

- Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a hospital or acute care setting
- Strong background in pediatric medication management and patient care for diverse age groups
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to pharmacy practice and clinical documentation
- Experience with medication administration procedures within a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with medical staff and patient education
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and attention to detail
