Our company is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant / Licensed Technician to assist pharmacists in filling prescriptions and stocking shelves. You will process prescription orders and maintain inventory levels by retrieving and delivering medications. Your main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by helping people with their health needs.

The Pharmacy

Assistant is a key player in our pharmacy team. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a great customer service attitude, as well as excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Assist and perform duties of Pharmacist as delegated.
- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients (adults, and children) through the use of Pharmacy computer system for drug calculations.
- Provide support to Pharmacists in quoting and dispensing of prescriptions and maintain patient medication profile .
- Prepare daily work assignments in compliance with SOPs,



including cycle counting, drugs inventory stock/restock, cleaning duties etc.
- Participate in staff meetings and programs by providing feedback and suggesting improvements for pharmacy practices.
- Maintain cleanliness of pharmacy area (floors, walls, counters etc.).
- Perform cashiering duties such as cash handling, processing credit cards and reconciling receipts.
- Answer patient queries in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
