Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care focused on restoring function, optimizing movement, and supporting performance for a diverse active population. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and movement coaching in an integrated gym and clinical environment. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with regenerative medicine providers to coordinate care, monitor progress, and adjust interventions based on patient response and goals.

Documentation of assessments,



treatment sessions, and outcomes using clinic systems will be required, along with patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term health strategies. This is a contract, on-site role located in Calgary, AB, with expectations for adaptable scheduling to meet patient and clinic needs.

Qualifications

- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Alberta, with a degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognized program.
- Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and movement analysis for active and athletic populations.
- Experience or interest in functional training, strength and conditioning, and integrating physiotherapy within a gym-based or performance-focused setting.
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and use outcome measures to track progress and guide clinical decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills, with a commitment to collaborative, holistic, and non-discriminatory care.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities, including accurate clinical record-keeping and time management in a busy practice.
- Experience working with regenerative medicine, sports medicine, or performance-focused clinics is an asset.
- Availability to work on-site in Calgary, AB on a contract basis, with flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.
