Boneheads BBQ is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced cook to join our Pit Crew.
First things first: experience is a must. We need someone who can step into a busy kitchen, hold their own during a rush, and put out consistently excellent food.
A current Food Safety/Food Handler Certification is required.
BBQ, smokehouse, smoker or meat experience is a huge asset. If you already know your way around brisket, ribs, pulled pork and low-and-slow cooking, even better. If you’re a solid cook who wants to learn more about BBQ, we want to hear from you too.

At Boneheads, we’re big on the all-for-one, one-for-all mentality. We work hard, we have fun, and we want people on our crew who genuinely care about what they do and the people they work beside.
