Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble pizza ingredients with precision, ensuring freshness and quality at all times
- Cook pizzas to perfection using commercial ovens, monitoring temperature and cooking times for optimal results
- Follow established recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency across all menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food prep stations and cooking equipment
- Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation standards
- Assist with food service duties such as taking orders, serving customers, and managing the flow of orders in the kitchen




- Support the team during busy hours by efficiently preparing ingredients and managing multiple orders simultaneously

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, knives, and other culinary tools safely and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail when measuring ingredients and following recipes
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Experience in meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including serving standards and customer service expectations
