Plant and Blender Operator

Location: Bolton

Reports to: Customer Service Manager & Operations Supervisor

Operating Timeline: Daily

Position Objective and Scope In alignment with Alliance Agri-Turf’s purpose - “We empower producers to feed our world for generations” - the Plant and Blender Operator support the day-to-day execution of fertilizer plant and blending operations by working closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate service delivery. This role contributes to customer satisfaction and operational excellence by maintaining strong organizational systems, adapting to changing priorities and technologies, and supporting production and logistics, particularly during peak seasonal periods that may require extended or rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

· Collaborate and coordinate day-to-day regional operations of fertilizer blending and production shipping and receiving.

· Maintains a clean, organized, and efficient plant and fertilizer tower.

· Daily plant and blending inspections and maintenance to ensure operational readiness.

· Assists with shipping and receive as required.





· Collaborate closely with Sales, CSR, plant, and operations teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and strong customer communication.

· Adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and seasonal demands, including extended or rotational shifts during peak periods.

· Supports rail and yard operations as needed to meet operational requirements.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
