Your role: This position is based at our Saint-Hyacinthe plant.

As a Plant Controller, You will transform financial data into analyses, recommendations, and action plans to support business decisions and improve the plant’s performance.

What you will accomplish daily:

- Provide financial leadership for the plant by identifying risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, and recommending concrete action plans
- Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasts, and performance analyses




- Develop management tools and performance indicators to support managers in achieving their financial objectives
- Act as a business partner to managers by providing financial analyses, recommendations, and strategic advice that drive plant performance
- Produce financial analyses that explain results, identify the root causes of variances, and support fast, informed decision-making
- Ensure the integrity of financial data, internal controls, and accounting processes in accordance with company standards
- Oversee financial closing activities, capital expenditures (CAPEX), and plant investment projects
- Mobilize, develop, and support the Finance team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with corporate teams to ensure the implementation of financial initiatives and proactive communication of business issues

What you need to join our team:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- CPA designation (a strong asset)
- Minimum of 8 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Significant experience in team management and development
- Excellent command of SAP and Excel
- Bilingualism (French and English) to interact regularly with corporate teams in Canada and internationally
