We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across commercial and residential projects. Duties

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in new constructions or existing structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble and modify plumbing components with precision
- Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, or other issues; perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project tasks effectively




- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support installation activities
- Follow all safety protocols and building codes to ensure compliance during all phases of work

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Experience with carpentry, HVAC systems, and schematic interpretation is highly desirable
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction assembly techniques
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work
- Ability to operate heavy machinery or commercial driving vehicles is a plus
- Familiarity with schematics for plumbing layouts and system configurations
