About the Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious, highly skilled Red Seal Plumber to step into a Managing Partner role for the acquisition of an established, $1M+ plumbing business.

This is a rare operational equity chance designed for a trade professional who wants to transition from employee to business owner. You will partner with experienced investors to operate, scale, and grow this enterprise from its current $1M baseline into a $10M+ operation.

What We Offer

- Equity Ownership: 20% to 40% equity stake
- Guaranteed Revenue Base: Business model structured with $250,000 – $500,000 in guaranteed annual revenues.
- Competitive Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 base salary plus a direct share of business profits.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Operations: Oversee day-to-day plumbing operations, jobsite quality, and service delivery.




- Team & Business Growth: Lead, mentor, and expand the crew to scale revenue toward $10M+.
- Financing & Acquisition: Co-sign as managing partner to facilitate the business acquisition.
- Leadership: Work alongside partners to optimize pricing, service offerings, and market expansion.

Requirements
- Certification: Valid Red Seal Plumbing Certification (Required).
- Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial drive with the desire to own and operate a major commercial/residential plumbing business.
- Financial Commitment: Willingness and capability to co-sign on acquisition financing as an equity partner.
- Leadership: Proven track record in field management, job estimating, and crew leadership.
