We are seeking an energetic and experienced Waitress or Waiter to join our vibrant restaurant team. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, food preparation zones, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns proactively.
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables efficiently without sacrificing quality of service.
- Follow food safety protocols,



including proper food handling and sanitation practices, to ensure guest safety.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting overall restaurant operations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, demonstrating excellent guest service skills.
- Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced service periods efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and order processing tasks.
- Experience with food industry operations, including serving, upselling, and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Previous kitchen experience or hospitality background is a plus but not required.
