Responsibilities:

- Operate spray guns or automatic spraying equipment to apply coatings

- Control coating thickness, uniformity, and gloss level

- Operate spray booth and curing/drying equipment

- Control temperature and timing to ensure proper adhesion and hardness of coatings

- Inspect painted surfaces for defects such as runs, bubbles, orange peel, and color differences

- Perform touch-ups or rework when necessary

- Clean tools and equipment to prevent clogging or contamination

- Maintain records of equipment usage and ensure finished products meet quality standards

- Perform routine maintenance of spray guns and spray booth equipment

- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment





- Properly use and store paints and solvents

- Handle waste gas and materials in compliance with environmental regulations

Requirements:

- Reliable, hardworking, physically fit, and responsible

- Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

- Must have legal work status and a valid work permit

- At least 1 year of powder coating experience

- Forklift experience is an asset

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
