The Country Corners Team is growing, and we are looking for a qualified and experienced person to fill the role of POWERSPORTS SALES ADVISOR in a Full-Time position.

Previous powersports experience is required, as well as good customer service, phone and computer skills. A passion for the industry and a desire to provide excellent service to keep customers riding is also a necessity. Knowledge and experience with Kawasaki, KTM, GasGas, Arctic Cat, Argo and other common industry brands is preferred. Training on job specifics will be provided.

The Sales Advisor is results driven, and actively seeks out and engages prospective client relationships. They have a professional and proven track record of prospecting, qualifying, and generating recent sales opportunities. As a results driven position, compensation will be a base wage plus commission.

Country Corners is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Powersports Sales Advisor to seek out and manage new business leads and provide product knowledge to obtain new clients. We are looking for an individual with sales experience, great communication skills, and the ability to develop strong relationship building behaviours which will produce excellent results and positive client experiences.

Sales Advisor Responsibilities Include:

- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Actively seek new leads through Marketplace/Kijiji/etc.
- Manage sales leads with follow-up
- Build relationships with recent and existing clients to provide friendly and personable atmosphere
- Answer any phone/text/email/in person questions regarding new and used powersports equipment
- Manage new sales leads with follow-up
- Attend various trade shows to expand our customer reach
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Provide the customer with a quote for units as requested,



plus offer/upsell additional accessories
- Process start to finish all sales transactions including initial contact/quote/close deal/payments/unit inspection/etc.
- Take direction from the manager and work in a collaborative team environment
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
- Keep a clean and organized workspace
- Work well in a good team environment with co-workers

Sales Advisor Requirements Include:

- Passion for powersports (motorcycles/dirt bikes/ATV’s/SXS’s/Snowmobiles/Etc.)
- Knowledge of the powersports industry
- Highly motivated and success driven
- Previous sales experience selling in the powersport industry would be an asset
- OMVIC certification would be an asset
- Prioritising, time management and organizational skills
- Experience with computers and knowledge of how dealer/CRM systems work
- Must be able to work independently and part of a team
