Ripple Design & Marketing is looking for an experienced Senior PPC Specialist to take ownership of paid advertising campaigns across our client portfolio.

This role is focused primarily on Google Ads and lead generation. We are looking for someone who can independently manage strategy, optimize performance, improve lead quality, and clearly explain recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities

- Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Develop keyword, bidding, budget, audience, and negative keyword strategies
- Monitor CPL, conversion rate, CPC, lead quality, and other key performance metrics
- Analyze search terms and identify wasted spend
- Improve campaign structure, ad copy, and landing page performance
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using Google Ads, GA4, and GTM
- Prepare explicit monthly reporting and recommendations
- Communicate campaign performance and strategy with clients
- Identify opportunities to improve account performance and advertising efficiency

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience




- Strong Google Ads experience, especially lead-generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of Search, Performance Max, remarketing, bidding, and keyword strategy
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who looks beyond clicks and conversions and asks whether campaigns are generating qualified leads and real business opportunities.

You should be comfortable reviewing an account, identifying problems, making strategic decisions, and taking ownership of performance.

Experience with local service businesses, construction, B2B, manufacturing, Meta Ads, or CRO would be an asset.
