Location: Entirely remote

Engagement: Contractor prospect | Target 80–120 hours per month

Compensation: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience

About SOAR

SOAR is a large Canadian acute care radiology practice supporting community hospitals and major hospital networks across multiple provinces and territories. We are seeking a Practice Enablement Coordinator to support physician onboarding, hospital coordination and daily operations as our practice grows.

The Opportunity

This is a varied administrative role working with our operations and leadership teams. Initial responsibilities include onboarding and credentialing support—the documentation and approvals physicians need to work at hospitals—with scope to support other business needs and projects.

The work is entirely remote, with some flexibility in when hours are completed, provided deadlines, scheduled meetings and coordination needs are met. The target commitment is 80–120 hours per month.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate physician onboarding, account setup, agreements and required documentation.

· Support hospital applications and renewals; track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.

· Maintain accurate records,



spreadsheets, contact lists and progress trackers.

· Communicate with physicians, hospital teams and vendors; coordinate meetings and equipment arrangements.

· Securely collect and route billing and payment information.

· Support operational projects and use approved AI tools to improve routine workflows, checking outputs for accuracy.

What You Bring

· Strong organization, attention to detail and reliable follow-through.

· Clear communication and the ability to manage competing deadlines independently.

· Comfort with Excel, shared documents and learning new systems.

· Sound judgment when handling confidential information.

· Administrative or coordination experience; healthcare experience is an asset.

· Strong preference for experience with ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents or workflow automation.
