Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have : • Validate the methodological compliance of processes and their deliverables; • Participate in the development of automation scripts in Enterprise Architect for BPMN models; • Ensure consistency between the Archimate and BPMN models in collaboration with the Business Architecture Consultant; • Identify elements that require arbitration in process modeling and make recommendations; • Participate in process validation committees; • Support business analysts in the application of business process modeling best practices; • Monitor the evolution of business process modeling methodologies and propose improvements; • Support updated guides, tools, and documentation. The profile you are looking for is as follows: • Hold an undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, information systems or an equivalent discipline; • Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the field of information technology; • Experience modeling business processes with BPMN 2.0; • Experience in a Quebec government agency; • Possess IIBA CCBA certification or equivalent certification; • Proficiency in Enterprise Architect (Sparx Systems) for modeling and documentation; • Know UML and Archimate languages; • Use project management and documentation tools such as SharePoint and the Atlassian suite; • Demonstrate an ability to analyze complex processes and make relevant recommendations; • Demonstrate rigor, autonomy and a positive spirit of collaboration.
