Hybrid Infusions, the Edmonton team behind Virtue Cannabis, is looking for Part time Processing Technicians to join our evening crew. With a consistent Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, you can earn a reliable part-time income while keeping your days and weekends free.

For eligible international students, the 20-hour schedule can also fit within the 24-hour weekly off-campus work limit during regular academic sessions.

No cannabis or production experience? No problem — we’ll train you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Our Processing team takes harvested cannabis and prepares it for finished products. Depending on the evening, you may:

- Trim, prepare, roll, package, and label cannabis products.
- Weigh, count, and inspect products for accuracy and consistency.
- Set up production rooms, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Complete production counts, tracking, and sanitation records.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
- Safely operate processing equipment and assist with routine cleaning and upkeep.
- Follow SOPs, safety requirements, sanitation procedures, and HACCP-based processes.
- Move between tasks as production priorities change.

What the Work Is Really Like This is hands-on, detail-focused work. You’ll be on your feet for much of the shift, and tasks involve repetitive movements and extended periods of concentration.

You don’t need to know the cannabis industry.



We’re looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn, able to follow procedures, and care about getting the details right.

What You’ll Need

- Availability Monday–Thursday from 5:00 PM–10:00 PM.
- Reliable transportation to our Edmonton facility.
- Ability to stay focused during repetitive, detail-oriented work.
- Comfort standing, walking, trimming, rolling, packaging, and cleaning throughout your shift.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs (22 kg) and bend, kneel, and squat as required.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including a lab coat, gloves, face mask, respirator, and/or eye protection.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before beginning employment.
