About the Role

As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a key role in the purchasing and inbound logistics process. This is an ideal position for someone who is organized, communicates well, and has practical knowledge when it comes to retail-level ordering and inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities

· Place purchase orders and ensure pricing and quantities align with expectations

· Perform 3-way invoice matching (PO, invoice, and receiving)

· Track and monitor open orders; follow up with vendors as needed

· Coordinate transportation and pickups (including BOLs, carrier instructions, and

· tracking)

· Approve product lot codes and expiration dates upon receipt

· Work closely with warehouse team to resolve discrepancies and communicate

· incoming shipments

· Modify existing purchase orders (price changes, item additions/removals)





· Help gather details for new product launches

· Communicate ETAs and product availability with key internal stakeholders

· Coordinate vendor returns and handle credit memos or revised invoices

· Support item maintenance tasks such as updating vendor codes and pricing

Required Qualifications

- 1-2 years experience with purchasing, logistics or related role.
- A quick learner with excellent organizational skills

· Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts · Clear communicator, both written and verbal

· Comfortable working with numbers and spotting discrepancies

· Experienced with logistics and ordering flow

· Basic Excel skills and familiarity with retail or distribution operations is preferred.
