Duties

- Stock, organize, and display fresh produce items to ensure visual appeal and accessibility for customers.
- Assist customers with product selections, answer questions about produce varieties, and offer recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the produce area, including cleaning displays, floors, and equipment.
- Operate equipment when necessary for inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Manage inventory levels by rotating stock, checking for freshness, and reporting low stock or quality issues to supervisors.




- Support merchandising efforts by creating attractive displays that highlight seasonal or promotional items.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essentially.
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members.
- Organizational skills for managing stock levels, cleaning schedules, and merchandising layouts.
- Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting heavy produce crates, standing for extended periods, and performing routine cleaning duties.
- Basic knowledge of merchandising techniques and department maintenance practices.
