- Hands-on experience with Service Graph integrations and CMDB
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and data governance best practices
- Understanding of Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies in a delivery transformation context
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
