of the teams involved; Monitor the testing strategy during ServiceNow updates and upgrades; Collaborate with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, infrastructure and operations teams; Ensure alignment with ServiceNow, CSDM, and ITIL guidance.The profile we are looking for is as follows: Possess a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent training/experience; Have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in IT/Software product management or any other relevant experience and/or a Product Owner (PO) role* Have knowledge of Agile methodologies in a context of transformation of delivery methods; Know JIRA and Confluence; Experience as a Product Owner or ServiceNow Product Manager; Have real-world experience with Service Graph integrations and CMDB; Understanding the Identification and Reconciliation Rules (IRE); Be aware of ServiceNow Discovery and data governance best practices; Have robust skills in stakeholder management, prioritization and strategy.
