YOUR ROLE

Mode is searching for a self-starter with a track record of success in their qualified and personal or collegiate life to join our Sales & Training Team. They will have superior communication, presentation, interpersonal, team building and strong organizational skills with a commitment to quality and integrity. They will have the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

This role will focus on providing virtual product knowledge sessions for our broker partners and will evolve into leading in-person product and sales training.

Responsibilities

- Schedule, develop and deliver product knowledge and sales training sessions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with brokers and internal teams.
- Create, monitor, and maintain sales reporting for brokers and dealer clients.




- Administrative duties such as managing a shared inbox and marketing inventory levels.
- Assisting with the development and management of sales contests.

Skills and Qualifications

- Hold and maintain a valid Level 1 or 2 General Insurance License. Level 2 preferred.
- Level 2 license is required within 6 months of start date.
- Willing to obtain and hold insurance licenses in multiple provinces.
- 2+ years’ experience working in the auto insurance industry.
- Understanding of the dealer environment is an asset.
- Training experience is an asset.
- Strong abilities in Microsoft Office Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel to various brokers and dealers, including multi-day trips.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent customer service knowledge and skills.
- Highly self-motivated individual who is capable of working both independently, without supervision, and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
