Job Overview:

The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order processing, managing the shipping and receiving of palletized shipments, and maintaining organized inventory. This position plays a key role in ensuring prompt order fulfillment while fostering a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to work independently, is detail-oriented, confidently able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and committed to promoting a safe and efficient workplace.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Processing and packaging customer orders which includes transfer of essential oils, vegetable oils, and other plant-based materials from drums (up to 180kg) into smaller containers, and packing or palletizing the completed order for shipment
- Preparing liquid blends by following provided formulas
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory




- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and equipment operating guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with colleagues and supervisors.
- Assist with various warehouse tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.

Successful candidates will have:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- WHMIS training (preferred)
- Experience in a kitchen/warehouse/lab/ or similar operational role is an asset, (e.g. Hospitality industry, pharmaceutical production, cosmetic production, agriculture.)
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English and Basic Math Skills
