As our Apparel Decoration and Team Store operations continue to grow, we are looking for a Production & Order Fulfillment Associate to join our team. This role combines apparel decoration, order processing, shipping fulfillment, and quality control to help ensure customer orders are produced accurately and delivered on time.

This role will work onsite at our “Home Run Sports” location in Winnipeg (20 De la Seigneurie Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3X 0E9). The primary responsibilities includes decorating apparel using heat press equipment, managing daily order fulfillment activities, preparing shipments, and supporting quality assurance for online team store orders. This role requires strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Working Hours will be Monday to Friday, between 8:00am – 4:00pm

Responsibilities

Apparel Decoration

- Operate and maintain heat press equipment for custom apparel production.
- Set up and complete customer orders according to production specifications.
- Apply heat transfer designs accurately and efficiently.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all decorated products.

Order Management & Shipping

- Print customer order receipts, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipment.
- Coordinate order flow to ensure deadlines are met.
- Verify order accuracy prior to shipment.




- Assist in maintaining organized inventory and workspaces.

Online Team Store Support & Quality Control

- Sort and organize incoming team store orders.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
- Verify decorations, sizing, quantities, and packaging accuracy.
- Identify and report quality concerns, discrepancies, or production issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.

General Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members across production and fulfillment functions.
- Assist with other warehouse and production duties as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in production, apparel decoration, warehousing, shipping, or fulfillment is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Comfortable lifting and moving products as required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing department.
