We are currently hiring for a project accountant:

Qualifications:

- Project accounting experience is a plus,
- Accounting experience in the construction industry is ideal,
- Needs to be a problem solver, detail-oriented and focused on practical solutions to issues,
- Self directed employee,
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges,




- Advanced written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information to all levels of management and operations personal,
- High Proficiency with Excel,
- Ability to communicate and work with people.

Responsibilities:

- Work as a liaison between Finance and Operations to support project reporting including, but not limited to; project performance versus budgets, financial reporting, sub-contactor costs, estimated cost to completion,
- Assist with the critical operational components of the monthly and annual financial statement,
- Participate in the preparation, review and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual project reporting,
- Review and distribute weekly job cost reports,
- Other tasks as required.

Full-time hours: 40 per week Job Types: Full time

- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
