As a Project Assistant, you will provide support to our project managers and assist in the successful completion of various projects. Xactanalysis and Encircle experience is a definite asset.

Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects - Coordinate project activities and ensure that deadlines are met Prepare project documentation, mmaintain project files and documentation in an organized manner - Collaborate with teams to ensure effective communication and coordination - Help create project timelines and monitor progress against milestones - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process optimization. Insurance mitigation and restoration experience a definite asset.
