Eco Choice Windows & Doors is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage customer projects from final measurements and ordering through installation.

This role is responsible for preparing accurate work orders, ordering windows and doors from vendors, tracking production timelines, and scheduling installations with customers. The ideal candidate understands the window and door industry and takes ownership of ensuring every project is ordered correctly and installed on schedule.

Previous experience in the window and door industry is required.

Responsibilities

- Create accurate and complete work orders using contracts and final measurements
- Review window and door specifications, including sizes, styles, colours, glass, hardware, jambs, installation requirements, and other options
- Submit orders to manufacturers and vendors
- Review vendor order confirmations to ensure all information is correct
- Track production timelines and follow up with vendors regarding order status
- Coordinate material deliveries and installation dates
- Contact customers to schedule and confirm their installations
- Ensure all products and required materials are available before installation
- Prepare job information for installers and communicate any special requirements
- Keep customers, installers, sales representatives, and office staff informed of project updates




- Update job information and project status in the company’s CRM
- Identify ordering or scheduling issues and resolve them before they cause delays
- Assist with deficiencies, service items, and scheduling changes when required

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the window and door industry is required
- Experience ordering windows, doors, or construction materials is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with window and door measurements, styles, glass options, colours, hardware, and installation requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled and confident when communicating with customers and vendors
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively
- Comfortable using CRM, order-management, and scheduling software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and general computer systems
