The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

Existing federal government security clearance is a major advantage!

- Federal government project experience is highly desirable
- Ideally has experience across both ground-up and interior ICI construction
- Experience independently managing projects valued around $10M or more
- Set project timeline
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Strong experience managing commercial and institutional interior fit-out projects
- Strong background in scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, client communication, change management, and project delivery
- Must be based in, or able to work within, the Ottawa market

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Robust business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
