Finance Project Manager

Location: Montreal, QC (2001 Robert-Bourassa)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Work Arrangement: Hybrid/Onsite

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager to lead finance and accounting initiatives focused on financial analysis, process improvement, performance measurement, and reporting. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive initiatives that enhance financial operations and reporting effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage finance-related projects from initiation through implementation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
- Monitor project performance and track key financial KPIs.
- Prepare financial performance summaries, dashboards, and executive reports.




- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Business, and Leadership teams to ensure project success.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates.

Required Qualifications
- Experience managing finance, accounting, or financial transformation projects.
- Robust financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
- Proven project management and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to identify business issues and implement process improvements.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or other Project Management certification.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Background in FP&A;, Finance Transformation, or Corporate Finance.
