Position Summary

Herauf Modular is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced team player for the position of Project Manager to join our Regina Team. The ideal candidate understands construction workflows from concept through completion, enjoys leading cross functional teams, and can manage multiple construction projects ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all stages of modular/construction projects for quality control throughout the process: including planning, scheduling, budgeting, production oversight and final inspections of modular units, as well as oversee final delivery coordination.
- Prepare and submit accurate construction budgets and cost estimates for each phase of project.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings and translate requirements into actionable tasks.
- Maintain accurate project schedules, weekly updates, and internal reporting for leadership.
- Manage project scope, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks, issues and delays.
- Manage change orders, pricing updates, risk items, and quality control tasks throughout project.
- Negotiate vendor and subcontractor contracts to achieve cost-effective and timely outcomes.
- Support and oversee procurement of materials and ensure alignment with internal specifications and client selections.
- Oversee foundation planning, site readiness checks, permitting workflows, and utility coordination .
- Oversee project close out packages, warranty documentation, and hand off to the client.




- Lead project meetings and clearly communicate project status, priorities, risks and decisions.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to all teams throughout production process, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations and company standards.
- Build strong cooperative working relationships with clients, community boards, municipal contacts, trades, and engineering partners.

Qualifications

- Minimum three to five years of experience in construction or project management position.
- Strong understanding of modular manufacturing processes, building codes, and foundation types.
- Experience working with engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, supervisory and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, coupled with strong problem solving techniques.
- Strong organizational and detail oriented skills.
- Ability to lead goal orientated project team meetings.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of project management principles.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Monday.com, Procore, or similar.
- Valid Class 5 license, with willingness to travel to site locations when required.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia and Manitoba permitting processes
- Experience working with municipalities and Indigenous communities
- Certification in project management, and/or construction safety
- Engineering or related technical degree, would be considered an asset
