Gunther Construction (1988) Ltd. is a General Contractor that has been active in the industrial field for over 50 years. We have a wide range of industrial and commercial experience, with a specialization in foundations and concrete projects. Currently, we are looking for a project manager.

Responsibilities

- Assist senior project manager and field superintendents
- Attend site visits/meetings on industrial plant sites
- Complete required documentation (change orders, RFI's, etc.)
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Order supplies and materials
- Communicate with and coordinate field crew
- Communicate with customers

Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering Technology (CET), Journeyman trade tickets, or other applicable schooling is an asset
- Previous estimating and/or project management experience is an asset
- Ability to read construction drawings/shop drawings
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,

- Experience with Primavera
- Works well with others, hardworking, and highly organized.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $45.00-$56.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:
- Industrial construction: 5 years (required)
- Project management: 7 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
