Iris’s client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Sr Java Developer for a long term contract opportunity.

Position: Project Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skill:

- We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / PM to support delivery operations within Client Platform Reliability, Corporate Systems team. The successful candidate will manage multiple delivery PODs simultaneously and serve as the primary facilitator across all scrum ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run daily scrum calls and manage sprint planning and delivery across multiple PODs.




- Host and facilitate all scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, sprint reviews).
- Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery remains on track and dependencies are proactively managed.
- Manage executive expectations and provide transparent, timely delivery status updates.
- Lead and host Steering Committee (Steer Co) meetings, including preparation and follow-up

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing multiple delivery teams or PODs concurrently.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Comfortable in executive-facing roles including Steer Co facilitation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within large financial institutions is preferred
