When disaster strikes, people need more than just repairs - they need someone they can trust. We’re looking for a Project Manager who brings calm to chaos, communicates with care, and knows how to lead with both care and strategy.

In this role, you won’t just be managing timelines and estimates - you’ll be walking homeowners through some of their most stressful moments, offering clarity, reassurance, and solutions every step of the way. What You’ll Do

- Manage restoration projects end-to-end: emergency response, mitigation, rebuild, and final sign-off
- Be the main contact for homeowners and insurance adjusters — clear communication is key
- Build trust with clients during stressful moments by being skilled, honest, and supportive
- Investigate and document the cause of loss, take field notes/photos, and write detailed scopes and sketches
- Create and manage Xactimate estimates and job files
- Coordinate schedules, crews, subcontractors, and budgets
- Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule
- Monitor project timelines, costs, and resources to ensure profitability and SLA compliance across every job





What You Bring ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in water/fire restoration (insurance claims focused)

✅ Proficient in Xactimate, preparing estimates and restoration job management software (required)

✅ A natural communicator — clear, calm, assertive, and empathetic

✅ You thrive under pressure and make others feel at ease when things go sideways

✅ Skilled at managing multiple moving parts while keeping the big picture in view

✅ Valid Driver’s License (required)

✅ IICRC WRT certification (required)
