Expected Wage Range: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

As a Quality Administrator at CIMS LP, you will be a key contributor towards CIMS success by supporting the implementation of CIMS’ Quality Assurance and Quality Control initiatives while embodying CIMS corporate values of Our People, Our Promise, Our Passion.

You will report to the Director of Quality and be accountable for:

- Providing administrative, coordination, and document control support for CIMS Corporate Quality initiatives.
- Maintaining quality records, NCR logs, inspectors’ certifications, turnover documentation, and project-related data.
- Supporting internal and external customer needs to facilitate operational excellence in line with the Quality Management System.
- Assisting in creating, organizing, and distributing quality-related documents and reports to project teams and leadership.
- Leveraging internal tools and systems to track quality, compliance, and project readiness.

A successful candidate would be an individual who has:

- Completion of business administration post-secondary & equivalent, and/or
- A combination of education & related administrative experience. Experience administering and reporting on Quality, Turnover, and document retention would be an asset.
- Strong Attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
- Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
- Working knowledge of all applicable software (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat/Sign, InEight). The role requires the use of computer applications and communications software, and the creation of spreadsheets for tracking purposes.

Working conditions you can expect while performing your role include:





- Working in a well-ventilated office environment with adequate lighting and temperature.
- May be required to work in a portable trailer on client sites with adequate lighting and temperature.
- Working outside of normal work hours on occasion to meet deadlines.
