We’re currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and procedures through inspections, implementation of quality control measures, and identification of areas for improvement.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to building high-quality products that exceed our customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering or quality assurance, great attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

- Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are.
- Update our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures




- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential quality risks.
- Identify the root causes and solutions.
- Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions.
- Review current blueprints and quality documentation.
- Set and track quality assurance goals.
- Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.

Requirements and skills

- Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Great teamwork.
- Good analytical skills.
