Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented associate to join our team in our not-for-profit, Faith-based Thrift Store. This role includes receiving donations, organizing warehouse shelves, sorting donations, and ensuring products arrive in the correct department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the retail thrift business, an eye for detail, and a willingness to work along side our volunteers.

Responsibilities

- Accept and sort donations received from the public
- Inspect, clean, package, prepare, and price items for sales floor
- Work alongside volunteers and other staff
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail and thrift environments are preferred




- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and reporting; ability to use POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and creative vision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
