Overview:

The IBEW Local 1555 in Moncton, as a International Union has a need to fill Journey Level Electrician Positions with Current Projects underway and Multiple Contractors providing Stable and Lasting positions. The Union will provide you with the Benefits and Retirement plans to Secure your future and your family's.

IBEW:

The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers was founded in 1891, and Continue to this day to create a Secure and Positive work environment.

Duties:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical code specifications, architectural and schematic drawings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.

Qualifications:

- Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant certification.
- Proven experience as an electrician.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools,



and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and schematic drawings.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to working safely.
- Ability to teach and mentor apprentices.

Pay: $36.26-$42.64 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

Experience:
- Journeyman Electrician: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
