Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organized Medical Receptionist / Booking Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient service, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth daily operations of a busy diagnostic imaging clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Confirm and obtain required information for patient registration
- Schedule patients for various diagnostic imaging exams in person and over the phone
- Maintain and update patient records accurately
- Contact patients to remind them of upcoming appointments
- Provide patients with support, guidance, and clear instructions as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times
- Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently





Qualifications & Skills:

- Excellent communication skills with a courteous and professional manner
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures is required
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
